We have done our best to avoid cancelling, but the organizer has not followed up the terms of our contract.
We have been patient, but when we’re not even able to get in touch with the organizer we feel it’s only right to cancel for everyone’s security..

Taake will perform for the 4th time at the Hole in the Sky festival in their hometown Bergen (August 29th 2009).

The festival’s 10th year anniversary also marks Taake’s 10th year of live performances, as the first Hole in the Sky festival in 2000 was also Taake’s first proper live performance.

On September 13th Taake headlined the Wolfszeit festival in front of a 1000 people.
It was a great success and the band hopes that this will be a door opener for future concerts in Germany.
Thanks to everyone who showed up and especially Freki the organizer for having the balls to defy all forces which tried to stop the concert!
